Payment terms

At the moment we only offer in advance payment. Please ask us for a quote on the "get price quote" button. If you find the quote interesting we will email you a proforma invoice, as soon as payment is confirmed we will proceed with shipment.

Terms of delivery

We use DB Schenker as distributor for parcel and pallet deliveries within Europe.

Parcel deliveries: maximum 30 kg. 

Pallet deliveries/ System freight: When the weight exceeds 30 kg the package will be send on a pallet and unloaded from the car with a back tail lift as long as the weight stays below 1000 kg. When the weight for a single pallet is more than 1000 kg the recipient needs to arrange unloading from the car. 

Transport damages: If the goods arrives damaged at the recipient this needs to be notified on the freightnotes before the driver leaves. in the case of hidden damage on the product Schenker needs a notification within 7 days. Therefore it is VERY important to unpack the products shortly after arrival and check that all is ok. In the case of hidden damages please get in touch with us on email: info@mbgsweden.com as soon as possible.

All products have a warranty period of 2 years. With the exception of locks with the Robur Safe brand, which you can read about below.

Lock warranties

Mechanical locks from Robur Safe are guaranteed for one year. However, for electronic locks: NOTE! Only replacement of details. MBG Sweden is not responsible for other costs such as travel expenses, possibly drilling of cabinets / doors for access to locks. This is in accordance with the lock suppliers warranty terms.

Claims faulty/broken items

Any defects in the product must be reported to MBG Sweden as soon as possible. Remember that a receipt must be available for the complaint to be approved. Provided that the product was defective at the time of delivery, the right of complaint for a damaged or defective product is 3 years. However, we encourage you to make a complaint immediately after the defect is discovered, 2 months is always considered a reasonable time for notification.
