Banknote Detector UV-lamp MT4 is our newest lamp in the range that comes with dual UV-A LED, a white light LED module, magnetic sensor, smart magnifier and rechargeable battery.
Area of use
For use in shops, offices or government agencies for authentication of banknotes, passports, cheques, ID cards or other documents.
Equipment
The MBG MT4 banknote detector is equipped with dual UV-A fluorescent tubes and a white light LED module, the LED tubes have a long-lasting lifespan and most likely never need to be replaced. It is also equipped with a magnetic sensor and magnifying glass.
Features
The lamp has a switch with 2 modes of use. Mode 1: Backlight and magnetic sensor to verify watermarks and magnetic tape. Mode 2: Ultraviolet light used to see fluorescent markings in different colours. The magnifying glass on the top makes it easier to see micro-prints and graphic details.
Rechargeable battery
MT4 has an integrated rechargeable lithium battery that is charged with the supplied USB-C cable via a USB adapter, the adapter is not included. Charging the battery takes approximately 3 hours.
